Pre-Application Questions

Please complete the questions below as the first step in the SOAR Rising House pre-application process. Your responses will be reviewed to determine whether you may be eligible to move forward with the full application and intake process.

Are you between the ages accepted by SOAR Rising House? (18-25)
Are you currently aging out of foster care or have you previously been in foster care?
What is your current housing situation?
Are you currently seeking stable housing?
When would you need housing?
Are you currently employed, attending school, enrolled in job training, or actively seeking employment?
Do you currently have a caseworker, social worker, or referring agency?
Are you willing to participate in SOAR Rising House programming designed to help you work toward independent living?
Are you willing to follow SOAR Rising House rules and resident expectations?
